1. About EasyMoves
EasyMoves connects customers with verified, independent packing and moving vendors. We are a booking and coordination platform — the physical move is carried out by our vendor partners.
2. Estimates and final pricing
Instant estimates shown on our website are approximate ranges. Your final written quote may vary based on an on-site or telephonic survey, actual inventory, access conditions, and additional services requested.
3. Booking and payment
A token amount may be required to confirm your booking slot, adjusted against your final bill. Remaining payment is due on completion of your move, as detailed in your written quote.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund of any token amount paid. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial deduction.
5. Damage and insurance
Basic transit coverage applies to bookings as described at the time of quote. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
6. Limitation of liability
EasyMoves' liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of coverage applicable to that move, as stated in your written quote.
